Head To Toes has a shipping time of 15-20 business days (and may be subject to change) from the purchase date for all items. TAT starts the FOLLOWING TUESDAY AFTER YOU ORDER.

Shipping time = date the order will be shipped from our shop that does NOT include transit time. 

If you happen to email us about our turnaround (shipping time) policy, you can always check your order date on your confirmation first. We try to email everyone as promptly as possible, but it can take up to 48 hours (business hours which are 9am-5pm CST) to get a response as we are very busy processing orders.

*Once shipped, Head To Toes is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS/UPS office for information on your package. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout. No exceptions. Shipping labels are printed in batches, so your label may show a delay in shipment details.
