Q: What is current turnaround?

A: 15-20 business days starting the TUESDAY AFTER you place your order. 

For example, if you place an order on Tuesday late at night your TAT does NOT start till the following Tuesday. Orders placed between Tuesday night through Monday night the turnaround time starts that following Tuesday. 

Q: How is TAT counted?

A: BUSINESS days, meaning Monday-Friday. Saturday & Sunday are set aside for family. & Holidays do NOT count towards TAT either.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: Yes! We love working on custom orders, join our Facebook VIP page to place your custom order!

Q: Are prices negotiable?

A: I try to price my items at the most budget friendly prices as possible, plus I offer sezzle which is a very awesome payment method you can choose at check out. So in short, no!

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Sure, join our VIP group on FB, follow us on Instagram, or Subscribe to our newsletter, discount codes are allows available through those three options. 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Due to the nature of the items being handmade, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if anything happens to be wrong with your order so we can find a solution.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Tracking numbers are sent to your email, so look out for tracking notification in your email. 

Q: What happens if my order is lost?

A: Once item is in USPS OR UPS possession it is out of my hands as to what I can do about your package. Any questions should be directed to USPS or UPS customer service.

Q: What are the care instructions on items purchased from your shop?

A: Please gentle cycle wash and lay flat or hang to dry. Bows are to be spot cleaned only. If item is put in the dryer your item WILL SHRINK, so please hang to dry, we will NOT replace an item if the correct care instructions are not followed. 

Q: How is my order coming along?

A: It is being worked on, due to the high volume of orders please do not email me asking about your order as this takes away time from me actually working on everyone's order including yours. ONLY contact me if the turnaround time has been exceeded. 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Not at the moment. 

Q: I put the wrong address when checking out, can I change it?

A: We are sorry to hear that, we can definitely change the address for you so long you email us within 24 HOURS after placing your order. IF you email us after the 24 HOURS we do not guarantee that the address will get changed.  

Q: I ordered the wrong size, can I change the size?

A: Sure as long as you email us within 3 DAYS of ordering. This WILL affect your TAT and it will start all over.
